Psalm 119:97-104
Evidence: A thing or things helpful in forming a conclusion or judgement; something indicative, an outward sign, apparent, obvious, clear.
I. Passion for the Word (strong powerful deep emotion or desire for something; ardent, fervent, zealous toward)
- Reflection: consideration, contemplation, cerebration – to think to give thought to
- Relish: agreeable, amiable, affable (pleasant, pleasing, fond of, likable, cordial, congenial).
II. Promotion by the Word (that which contributes or encourages growth, the progress of; to further; to a greater extent, more, furtherance)
- To discern: permanence, presence, perpertuity
- To be discreet (circumspect): adherence, allegiance, attentiveness, admiration
- To distinguish: to separate mentally- to guard with fidelity, to guard from fatality
III. Protection from the Word (to keep morally from wrong, wicked, wretched deeds/doings; conduct, behavior)
- Restriction from displeasure of God
- No Rebellion to determination of God
- Rejection of deception to God
