Recipe: a set of directions, instructions or prescriptions for or means to a goal; a formula rule or principle.

Decisions: reaching a conclusion, making up one’s mind, to select, choose, to prefer, pick or make priority.

I. Must Be Thoughtful – to be inclusive, not independent, cooperative, courteous, considerate, concerned, complete, clear headed, careful, compassionate. (Not selfish)
