I. Must be Patient (to forbear endure tolerate provocation persecution pain or pressure without giving in or up to)
- By not repaying/hurt
- By not returning/harm
- By not rewarding/humiliation
- By not requiting/harassment
- To retaliate/seek revenge – Proverbs 24:29, 20:22, 17:13, 1 Thessalonians 5:15
II. Must be Prudent (showing or acting with discretion discernment and discipline)
- Consider/Better
- Comprehend/Best
- Be circumspect/Biblically
III. Must be Peaceable (to be undivided undistracted undisturbed mentally, willing to avoid conflict contention or controversy; to be imbued influenced inspired with calmness.
- Not blamable/culpable
- Not belligerent/combative (eager to fight, be aggressive, argumentative, antagonistic)
- Believe/commit to, confide in God – to vindicate, validate to give victory

IV. Must be Polite (considerate, cordial, compassionate, civil, courteous)
- Encourages penitence (to regret or feel remorse for wrongdoing; repentance to reconsider or thing differently about
- Enable to prevail (to conquer subdue be successful – Proverbs 25:21, 22)
